About the complete life cycle, the company wants to lower the CO2 footprint of an average Volvo vehicle by 2025 by 40 percent compared to 2018. For this purpose, CO2 savings of 25 percent in the supply chain should also contribute.

Also until 2025 Volvo also strives for a climate-neutral production.
